KONE moves two billion people every day and is a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry. The Temp AR & Collections Finance Executive role is a 2-month contract (Dec 1, 2026 to Jan 31, 2027) supporting AR operations, collections activities and finance administration to ensure timely collections and accurate receivables.

Based in Singapore, the role involves collaboration with internal teams and customers to maintain cash flow efficiency and AR records during peak periods.

Competenze

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline with experience in Accounts Receivable operations.
• Experience with ERP system SAP is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day AR operations and collections activities.
• Assist with AR reporting and account reconciliation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers to support cash flow management.
• Process customer invoices, payment allocations, and related documentation.
• Prepare AR KPI and project-related AR reports.
• Assist with finance administration during peak workloads.
