Job summary

LEGO Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to ensure accurate invoicing and timely cash flow in a global environment. You’ll work across markets, handling B2B and intercompany invoicing and month-end activities.

The role is a 6-month temporary assignment in Singapore with a hybrid work model. You’ll collaborate with Account Managers and Order-to-Cash colleagues to resolve issues and drive process improvements across AR services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance with invoicing or AR.
• Able to work across global teams and end-to-end processes.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate B2B and intercompany invoicing, including credit/debit notes and month-end activities.
• Validate credit notes requests, rebates and Proof of Performance documentation against requirements.
• Coordinate reporting, payment reconciliation, audit requests and e-invoicing activities.
• Partner with Account Managers and Order to Cash colleagues to resolve issues and support customer needs.
• Shape process improvements within AR to make services simpler, more productive and efficient.
