Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales Engineer to promote airside HVAC products to owners, consultants and contractors, driving growth and expanding market presence.

You will build long‑term relationships, manage key accounts, present technical solutions, negotiate and close opportunities, and maintain accurate sales forecasts in the company system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in engineering sales or related technical sales.
• HVAC experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend airside HVAC products to owners, consultants, contractors.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend airside HVAC products and solutions to building owners, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Drive airside sales growth by expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and increasing market share.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Establish close working relationships with key accounts and strategically manage customer portfolios.
• Maximize account penetration, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop appropriate technical solutions for both existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts and update relevant information in the company system.
• Conduct sales negotiations, communicate product value, address customer concerns, overcome objections, and successfully close opportunities.
• Differentiate the company's products and solutions to establish a strong preferred-supplier position in the market.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in engineering sales or a related technical sales role.
• Previous experience in the HVAC industry will be an advantage.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
