Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Application Support Executive to join our Manufacturing and Production team at Kallang, Singapore.

The role is a 1-year contract with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm, and a salary package including basic, AWS, variable bonus, and medical benefits. Primary duties include remote-user support, transaction checks, and investigation of settlement discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS SQL.
• Clear communication by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Support users via remote tools, phone and email.
• Check transactions and troubleshoot system issues.
• Monitor system functions and review reports.
• Investigate settlement discrepancies and make corrections.
• Assist with software upgrades.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
