Job summary

XCELLINK PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer / Application Support Engineer to support critical banking applications in a 24x7 production environment.

You will ensure system stability, resolve incidents, and drive service improvements through automation and SRE practices. The role requires strong incident and problem management, scripting skills, and experience with Oracle, MariaDB, or SQL Server databases.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of IT experience in production support or SRE-like roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 operational support through shift work and on‑call arrangements.
• Monitor production systems for high availability, performance and reliability.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests per SLAs.
• Perform incident troubleshooting and escalation to relevant teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement fixes.
• Lead post-incident reviews and track corrective actions.
• Drive service improvements via automation and TOIL reduction.
• Develop scripts for Windows/Linux to improve ops efficiency.
