Job summary

EPS COMPUTER SYSTEMS PTE LTD is seeking a Business and Systems Analyst to join our project team in Singapore. You will maintain system stability while driving continuous improvement through enhancements, collaborating with clients, development teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver quality solutions that meet business needs.

You will engage in full enhancement lifecycle activities, including requirement gathering, development, SIT, UAT preparation, implementation, and documentation,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated SDLC/ITIL understanding desirable.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and production support for systems, including after-hours during peak periods.
• Manage operational tasks to ensure timely delivery and SLA adherence.
• Respond to user queries and change requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with local, offshore, and facility teams to resolve issues.
• Perform system patches and upgrades as required.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement fixes or workarounds.
• Document configurations and maintain CM records.
• Prepare training materials and user guides.
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.
