Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Application/Production Support/Technical Operations professional to ensure seamless application performance and user satisfaction.

The role involves 5+ years of experience, AWS/cloud-native expertise, and support across digital platforms, ecommerce, and mobile apps. You will work from our Singapore office on a 24x7 on-call basis, focusing on incident response and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Application/Production Support, TechOps or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and operational support.
• Understanding of cloud-native application architecture.
• Experience supporting digital platforms, ecommerce, customer-facing web and mobile apps.
• Familiarity with CDN technologies and content delivery architecture.
• Experience with monitoring/observability platforms (Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• APIs, microservices, web services, and system integrations knowledge.
• Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
• Incidents, problems, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Senior L1/L2 Support Engineer responsible for incident response and operational support.
• Maintain application performance and reliability across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors across time zones for on-call deployments.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve production incidents with root-cause analysis.
