Job summary

Alphaeus Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager cum Service Delivery Manager in Singapore to lead project implementation and oversee ongoing IT service delivery and operations.

The role will start with ~80% focus on project deployment; post-implementation the emphasis shifts to service delivery and BAU support, coordinating across endpoint, cloud, identity, security, network and service desk teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in IT project management, service delivery or related roles.
• Strong ITIL knowledge across incident, problem, change and service levels.
• Experience with SLAs, KPIs, service reports and dashboards.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to coordinate across technical teams, clients and leadership.
• Experience with endpoint management, systems administration or cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, implementation, tracking and rollout.
• Act as primary contact for clients, technical teams and stakeholders.
• Manage incidents, service requests, escalations within SLAs.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs and service performance; report findings.
• Oversee BAU support, health checks, monitoring and investigations.
• Coordinate across end-user computing, cloud, identity, security, network and service desk.
• Manage transition plans, readiness, maintenance and changes.
• Track root-cause analyses and corrective actions for major incidents.
• Improve SOPs, runbooks, and reporting; support resource planning.
• Guide junior team members and promote service excellence.
