Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in CS/IT from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and SQL databases is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT operation support mainly for ETRM system and other business applications.
• Respond to incidents and service requests with timely resolution and communication.
• Collaborate with users, ETRM vendors, Azure infrastructure engineers and stakeholders to ensure operation of systems.
• Support projects, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, system, and data issues.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports and operational documentation.
• Participate in IT audits and support audit-related activities.
• Perform Azure SQL Database administration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with management, end users, and IT vendors to resolve technical issues timely.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying performance and process enhancements.
• Support UAT by coordinating with users and reporting issues identified.
• Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge articles.

[Expected Job Scope]

• Provide IT operation support mainly for ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) system, as well as other business applications.
• Respond to and manage incidents, service requests, and system issues reported by users, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Collaborate with business users, ETRM vendors, Azure infrastructure engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the operation ofsupported systems.
• Work closely with internal IT teams and external partners to support projects, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
• Assist in investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving application, system, and data-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain periodic and ad-hoc reports, including monthly service reports, security log reviews, incident reports, and operational documentation.
• Participate in IT audits and support audit-related activities, including evidence collection and compliance reviews.
• Perform Azure SQL Database administration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with management, end users, and IT vendors to investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, reliability, and operational processes.
• Support project team by coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) with users and report on issues identified during UAT.
• Maintain and update support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures as required.

[Necessary IT Skill and Experience]

• Diploma or Master/Bachelor’s degree from an accredited polytechnic, university or college in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and SQL databases is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies such as SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
• No experience is required.
