Job summary

ARISTON SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Support professional to manage batch processing and monitoring tasks. You will handle incident reporting, perform SQL-based data checks, and apply basic Java and Linux skills to support batch jobs.

The role requires 3+ years in IT production support, preferably in financial services, with flexibility for shift coverage to ensure round-the-clock reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Batch processing and monitoring using Kibana/Elasticsearch.
• Incident reporting and issue tracking to resolve outages.
• SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Basic Java and Linux knowledge to support batch jobs.

Job Role:

Batch processing, monitoring (Kibana - Elasticsearch based), Incident reporting, SQL, & basics of Java & Linux (batch processing experience is Must)

Shift Timing

• Morning shift 6am to 3pm
• General shift 9am to 6pm.
• Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm
• Night shift 10pm to 7am.
• Need to support including night shift, weekends and public holidays
