Job summary

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT production support specialist with hands-on batch processing experience to monitor production applications and resolve incidents.

You will use Kibana/Elasticsearch for monitoring, perform SQL data validation, and troubleshoot Java/Linux issues, coordinating across teams to ensure timely incident resolution. The role requires 3+ years in IT production support, banking domain familiarity is a plus, and a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT production support.
• Hands-on batch processing experience is mandatory.
