Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a software engineer in Singapore to write scalable, robust code and translate requirements into production-ready solutions. You will ensure good documentation, test coverage, and collaborate with internal teams during testing and deployment.

You will manage release activities, perform root cause analyses, and coordinate with Infrastructure Support for client projects. The role includes deployment of patches and ensuring high availability of the platform.

• Ensure production changes follow lifecycle methodologies and risk guidelines.
• Provide application support and deploy releases, patches, and fixes across platforms.
• Analyze performance, tune as needed, and ensure high availability and stability of the platform.

• Translate software requirements into stable, high-performance, and production-ready software solutions.

• Ensure software packages and applications are well documented and maintain reasonable test coverage.

• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and business users in investigation, testing, and deployment activities.

• Manage Release Management activities, including raising Change Requests and scheduling the implementation of fixes and enhancements.

• Perform root cause analysis, management communication, and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members.

• Ensure all production changes are implemented in accordance with lifecycle methodologies and risk management guidelines.

• Provide application support and manage the deployment of releases, patches, and fixes across platforms.

• Analyze application performance, perform tuning activities, and ensure the high availability and stability of the platform.
