Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable recruitment professional in Singapore to manage the end-to-end process, source candidates, screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. You will deliver offers and support onboarding while maintaining strong relationships with agencies and universities.

The role emphasizes compliance, data accuracy, and contributing to employer branding through campus recruitment and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above.
• 2-3 years of experience in managing the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and interviewing for regional hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
• Prepare and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Source, screen and assess candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and prepare employment offers and pre-employment documentation.
• Support onboarding and induction programmes for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and external hiring partners.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases and job descriptions while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and recruitment status.
• Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, campus recruitment programmes and HR projects to enhance talent attraction and recruitment effectiveness.
