Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and translate needs into functional specs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement digital solutions, AI enhancements, and system integrations.

You will support UAT, deployment, and ongoing optimization, while ensuring data quality and governance across projects. Strong communication and multi-team coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics or Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, IT solutions or digital projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience with digital solutions, AI, automation or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integration and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify areas for improvement
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements
• Support the development and enhancement of digital solutions and customer-facing applications
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI, automation and digital technologies
• Support AI, automation and digital solution proof-of-concepts and pilot projects
• Work with technical teams on system integration, APIs, data flows and solution implementation
• Prepare user stories, functional specifications, process flows and solution documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project delivery and system enhancements
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment and implementation activities
• Analyse customer and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Monitor system performance and support incident and issue resolution
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies and timelines
• Maintain system documentation and support governance and compliance

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related discipline


• 4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT solutions or digital technology projects


• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and documentation


• Experience with digital solutions, AI, automation or digital transformation projects


• Good understanding of APIs, system integration, data flows and enterprise IT environments


• Familiarity with user stories, functional specifications, process flows and solution diagrams


• Experience in system testing, UAT, implementation and production support


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills


• Experience working with business users, technical teams and external vendors


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive issues through to resolution


• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology, SQL, Power BI or AI/GenAI will be an advantage
