Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer accounts assistant to manage and support client portfolios in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure qualification statuses are maintained and act as the primary liaison for account-related inquiries.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, updating customers on new programs and policies, and handling phone, chat, and email correspondence with a focus on quality service and compliance with privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common office software.
