PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced APJ Public Sector Demand Gen Lead to drive pipeline growth across public sector and defence markets in APJ. This role covers planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing integrated marketing programs that generate qualified leads and contribute to revenue.

The role offers hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration with sales leadership, and a focus on campaigns aligned to procurement cycles in APJ public sector environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2G or public sector demand generation.
• Experience executing integrated campaigns across events, digital, email, and paid media.
• Experience with account-based marketing and named-account sales models.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across APJ public sector and defence priorities.
• Build campaign plans with target accounts, personas, messaging, channels, KPIs, and timelines.
• Own pipeline targets and marketing-generated opportunities for defence accounts.
• Plan defence-focused events and webinars and measure their impact on pipeline.
