Job summary

Quess Selection & Services is seeking a hands-on APJ Public Sector Demand Gen Lead to drive pipeline growth across Asia Pacific & Japan. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and senior stakeholders to design and execute integrated demand generation programmes that generate Marketing-Generated Opportunities.

The regional role requires building ABM strategies for priority public sector and defence accounts, managing multi-channel campaigns, and measuring ROI to optimise results.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Demand Generation, B2B Marketing, Field Marketing or ABM.
• Experience within Technology / IT / Cybersecurity environments.
• Experience supporting Public Sector, Government or Defence accounts is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across APJ.
• Build campaign strategies covering target accounts, personas, messaging, channels and KPIs.
• Own pipeline and Marketing-Generated Opportunity (MGO) targets.
• Partner with Sales to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion and accelerate deals.
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for priority public sector and defence accounts.
• Plan and execute industry events, executive briefings, roundtables and webinars.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns including email, LinkedIn, paid media and nurture programmes.
• Develop messaging around cybersecurity, AI, zero trust, hybrid work and device lifecycle management.
• Monitor campaign performance, pipeline contribution and ROI, and optimally adjust activities.
• Work closely with regional and global teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
