Job summary

Veeam Software Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior Kasten enterprise sales leader for APJ to own the regional number and drive large, multi-stakeholder deals. You will shape strategy, playbooks, and the regional approach to selling Kasten alongside Data Platform opportunities.

You will mentor specialists and coaches, build senior-level relationships, and coordinate with partners and leadership to accelerate growth across Asia-Pacific and Japan. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise software sales with a track record of closing large deals.
Experience owning a multi-country number across APJ, not just one market.
Ability to influence without formal authority and mentor others.
Credibility with senior enterprise executives and regional leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the Kasten enterprise sales number across APJ, originating and closing large, complex deals.
Set go-to-market strategy across APJ markets and manage regional pursuit strategy.
Build executive relationships with APJ enterprise accounts and partners.
Lead pursuit reviews and align cross-functional teams on regional pipeline health.
