Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Manager of Demand Gen programs to own end-to-end initiatives across APJ markets, including ANZ, Japan, Korea, India and ASEAN. You will partner with Sales Development, Strategy & Operations, Enablement and Marketing to design, launch and optimize programs that drive pipeline and revenue.

The role requires AI fluency, data-driven decision making and the ability to scale plays across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Strong data-driven mindset with evidence of running demand-gen programs across regions.
• Experience partnering with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to design, launch and measure programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own Demand Gen Programs for all of APJ and manage outcomes, metrics, and governance.
• Shape the AI demand gen product roadmap and feed field feedback to product teams.
• Drive prioritization, cadence planning and program alignment with regional leaders.
• Own reporting and inspection with executive-facing dashboards and summaries.
• Govern Outreach sequences, audit effectiveness and scale successful plays.
• Build AI-powered toolkits and workflows to raise team productivity.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Industry and Analytics for unified motion.
