Job summary

Databricks Inc. in Singapore seeks a Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect (AI/ML) to define technical go-to-market strategy and drive AI product adoption across APAC/Japan. You will guide customer data architecture, demo the AI/ML suite, and advise senior executives on production-grade data applications.

You will support field teams, collaborate with product and engineering, and speak at conferences. Expect to lead SMEs in regional efforts and shape product direction with market insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning and production Gen AI.
• Hands-on experience building solutions in major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Trusted advisor to technical executives guiding data decisions.
• Proven ability to co-plan large territories with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in traditional ML methods and deploying large-scale production systems.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures (RAG, agentic, fine-tuning) and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and strategy for AI product adoption in Asia Pacific and Japan.
• Develop GTM materials to effectively communicate Databricks value proposition.
• Support field teams in key strategic opportunities and pursuits.
• Collaborate with SMEs to scale impact and enable the broader field team.
• Present externally at conferences, webinars, and publish content to establish market position.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Engineering on go-to-market motions.
