Job summary

SCIENTE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations engineer responsible for supporting API integrations, partner onboarding, SIT/UAT activities, production operations, incident management, and service improvements for digital platforms.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management and communication skills, with hands-on experience in API tools and coordinating releases across platform teams. On-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations Engineering, Production Support, API Integration Support, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and REST API troubleshooting using Postman, Swagger, Redocly, or similar tools.
• Experience coordinating and executing SIT, UAT, and production releases.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage API integrations with partners.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, SIT, UAT, production readiness, and releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues through log, API, and system analysis.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support guides.
• Drive continuous service improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Participate in on-call production support when required.
