in Singapore is seeking an On Platform rPSA product expert within Google Customer Solutions to unlock the next horizon of YouTube growth for brands, focusing on Content, Community and Commerce while driving APAC YouTube business. You will coordinate across GCS, YouTube Partnerships, Global Product, and the Creator ecosystem, moving beyond traditional media buying to activate Brand Deals, native Creator collaborations, and Partnership Ads with full-funnel adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in digital advertising sales or product activation, specifically managing YouTube/Video campaigns to drive branding and performance KPIs.
• Experience with Social Video and Influencer Marketing landscapes, including paid media and creator ecosystems.
• Ability to present technical concepts into executive-ready stories for stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Fluent in English; Japanese or Vietnamese preferred to manage SEA markets in APAC.

Responsabilités

• Drive business by co-pitching high-potential accounts and accelerating Partnership and YouTube Engagement Ad adoption.
• Bridge cross-functional teams (Sales, YTP, CPM) to simplify advertiser experiences and manage timelines.
• Lead regional GTM strategies for brand and creator revenue and influence product roadmaps.
• Upskill GCS sellers through targeted training and pitch narrative development for Partnership Ads.
• Collaborate with gTech and global product teams to implement measurement playbooks proving ROI of organic-plus-paid strategies.
