Job summary

Maker Lab is seeking an experienced Web Operations, Localisation & Enterprise Programme Specialist to bridge project management and CMS execution. You will manage the APAC web presence across Singapore and India, ensuring technical functionality, cultural localisation, and adherence to global brand standards.

You’ll coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain the enterprise platform and run day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Web Operations, Digital Project Management, or Localisation.
• Proven expertise with CMS platforms, bug-tracking software (e.g. Jira), and project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain APAC project timelines and milestones.
• Unblock localisation hurdles by liaising between project leads, product marketing, and engineering teams.
• Translate regional feedback into actionable technical tickets and manage APAC CMS pages in staging and production.
• Implement regional updates and ensure assets meet global brand guidelines.
• Monitor site health and locale-specific UI issues; oversee localisation workflow for India and Singapore.
• Manage budgets, run day-to-day operations in India and Singapore with partners and distributors.
