Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage outbound shipments from the Singapore hub to APAC destinations. You will support warehouse operations, monitor inventory, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar logistics/warehouse role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration; good written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments from the Singapore hub to APAC destinations with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Support warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching materials.
• Monitor inventory levels with regular stock checks and system updates.
• Assist with returns management by coordinating inbound returns and updating status.
• Support replenishment activities to maintain inventory and spare parts availability.
• Coordinate planning, storage, and distribution of spare parts to customers and field teams.
• Prepare and process shipment documentation and inventory movements.
• Collaborate with logistics partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Maintain an organised warehouse and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of efficiency and service quality.
