You will drive strategic consulting across financial services and travel, partnering with cross-functional teams to design scalable, market-ready solutions that deliver measurable business impact for clients and Collinson.
You will lead a regional team, develop insight-led strategies, and collaborate with Product, Data and Tech to align market needs with capabilities.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in financial services product teams, strategy consulting or loyalty/engagement.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and client value.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional, high-performing business solutions team and drive an insight-led culture.
- Provide strategic consulting to clients in Financial Services and Travel industries.
- Collaborate with commercial, product, data, and tech teams to design marketable solutions.
- Support market sizing, opportunity validation and business case development.
- Drive regional strategies and interventions to differentiate Collinson in-market.
