Job summary

The CMA CGM Group is seeking a Value Added Services (VAS) Sales Manager to lead ACT+ growth across APAC from Singapore. The role focuses on enabling agencies, driving sustainability conversations with customers, and expanding commercial capabilities to support the low-carbon shipping strategy.

You will engage with agencies regionally, run campaigns, participate in customer seminars, and coach sales teams on ACT+ positioning.

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant discipline required.
Strong commercial background in shipping, logistics, or value-added services.
Experience in sales enablement, business development, key account management or product commercialization.
Understanding of sustainability, ESG and carbon-reduction programs.
Ability to influence stakeholders across countries and functions.
Experience in regional or international organizations.
Ability to travel regionally for customer visits and agency training.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Deploy the ACT+ growth strategy across APAC and translate global objectives into country plans.
Maintain visibility of opportunity pipeline and provide regular commercial reports and market intelligence.
Lead campaigns, trade shows, and customer seminars to drive ACT+ visibility and revenue.
