Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Program Management Consultant to lead fraud, risk, and payments transformation initiatives across APAC. The role blends program leadership with governance and technology implementation, collaborating with senior leaders across business, risk, operations, and technology functions.

You will lead multi-country programs, drive governance and reporting, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and objectives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in program management, risk, fraud, financial crime, payments, banking, or consulting.
Strong ability to translate data and risk insights into business outcomes.
Experience engaging senior executives and managing complex stakeholder environments.
Exposure to fraud platforms, data analytics, AI/ML solutions, or risk technology implementations is desirable.
PMI/Agile/SAFe certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-country transformation programs across payments, fraud, and risk domains.
Drive governance, project planning, executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Support implementation of card authorization target operating models and fraud technology initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across APAC markets, ensuring delivery milestones and business objectives are met.
Act as the primary client-facing lead, managing communications, escalations, and delivery oversight.
Establish scalable governance frameworks and best practices for ongoing transformation programs.
