TP ICAP invites a seasoned Head of Trading Venue Operations to lead a 18-person team across Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney and Manila, delivering Level 1 support for five asset classes including Credit, Rates, FX, Equities and Energy & Commodities. • Proven experience leading a comparable technical support function within a Financial Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 1 support across multiple asset classes and ensure incidents, service requests, and operational activities meet SLAs.
• Build relationships with brokers, desk heads and stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
• Escalate and drive rapid resolution of business-critical issues and coordinate across teams.
• Champion AI, automation and data-driven practices to improve service quality and productivity.
