Job summary

Genetec is seeking a dedicated trainer to deliver technical training for customers, partners, and internal teams from the Singapore office. You will develop and update training materials, manuals, and course outlines while maintaining deep product knowledge.

The role emphasizes collaboration, clear communication with diverse audiences, and travel across the APAC region up to 50% of the time. A degree in CS/engineering or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Professional working level of English and local language.
• Willingness to travel within APAC up to 50% (and occasional international travel).
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in physical security or software industries.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of networking principles and IP protocols.
• Experience with networking, databases, and client-server environments.
• Experience with PC configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical training for Genetec customers, partners, and internal teams, primarily from Singapore.
• Develop training presentations, manuals, and course outlines.
• Update training resources as Genetec’s product line evolves and improve documentation practices.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Genetec’s product line.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture through support and collaboration.
