Qualifications

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years.
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret equipment logs, diagnostic data, inspection results, system parameters, and failure symptoms.
• Must be located in Singapore and have the ability and willingness to travel to customer fabs within Singapore and across regions in Asia as required, typically 20–50% depending on escalation and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for complex semiconductor equipment issues, including escalations that cannot be resolved by first‑line field support.
• Analyze tool data, inspection reports, system logs, diagnostic results, and customer observations to determine root cause and recommend effective corrective actions.
• Develop, document, and communicate clear Plans of Action and Corrective Action Plans for customers, field service teams, and internal stakeholders.
