Job summary

KLA Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Singapore to support tool troubleshooting and regional service delivery. You will work with the Field Service Team to escalate issues, train staff, and develop SOPs for hardware activities, traveling across Asia.

Minimum qualifications include a ME/EE degree, 5+ years in technical semiconductor support, hands-on experience with PVD/CVD/Etch tools, and fluent English. This role offers a competitive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor's degree from ME/EE or related areas.
• Over 5 years working experience of technical support at SEMI conductor industry.
• Competency in communication, teamwork, problem solving skill and customer focus.
• Knowledge/experience troubleshooting/maintenance of PVD/CVD/Etch tool over 3 years is a must.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Service Team about tool troubleshooting through KLA escalation process, CIP implementation, technical info consulting
• Coordinate with Field teams/Dvision engineering for issue/escalation/solution communication
• Conduct Technical Training to Field Service Team and customer
• Assist the field team for the first new product penetration in the region and set up the SOP & troubleshooting guide for the key H/W activities and issues.
• Travelling around Asia area for above objectives
