Job summary

Applied Materials Singapore Technology PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced technical support professional to manage customer-specific escalations, fleet performance, and system installations in a cleanroom environment.

In this role you will serve as the central liaison between customers and internal engineering teams, provide Alpha and Beta Site support for new hardware and software, and generate critical performance reports while ensuring field deployment of improvements.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification required.
• Experience with PVD equipment preferred.
• Able to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for a specific customer including escalations, fleet performance, and upgrades.
• Serve as field escalation focal point between customer and internal divisions with documentation.
• Provide Alpha Site support for installation, operation, calibration, and testing of new hardware or software.
• Provide Beta Site Support for installation, operation, calibration, and testing on a customer tool.
• Initiate and review ECOs to ensure data supports fixes and communicate with the field.
• Generate and present system performance data, including MTBF, MTBI, Availability, and process data analyses.
• Support GPS in creating documentation such as CENs and BKMs; present to customers and ensure field implementation.
