Job summary

re-zoo-me seeks a Technical Consultant to lead client-facing pre-sales, implementation and integration of our enterprise insurance software across APAC. You will join a global Technology Consulting team and influence product direction while collaborating with R&D and delivery colleagues.

This role demands strong communication, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements in an international setting. Travel to the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a hands-on technical role with direct client engagement and stakeholder interaction.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand, explain and implement complex IT solutions.
• Experience in managing client relationships and working in an international environment.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred for business communication.
• Willingness to work in Singapore and travel within the APAC region.
• Experience with cloud deployments (Azure/AWS) and public cloud platforms.
• Ability to produce and review technical documentation.
• Experience in systems integration and data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Leading client projects across pre-sales, implementation and integration of insurance software.
• Providing after-sales technical support to Asia-Pacific clients.
• Conducting on-site and remote installations, configuration and support.
• Recommending tailored solutions and responding to RFP/RFI.
• Maintaining deep product and technical knowledge and collaborating with support and development teams.
• Building relationships with cross-functional teams across regions.
