Job summary

Flywire is seeking a self-motivated Technical Implementation Manager to manage integrations and implementations for clients and partners in APAC. You will support the APAC Sales and Relationship teams to ensure onboarding excellence, bringing strong client management, project management and technical consultation to a dynamic, global group.

You will guide clients through discovery, configuration, integration, testing and go-live stages, ensuring successful execution and a superior customer

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Technical Support, Consulting, Implementation, Professional Services or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Integrations and understanding of different project methodologies.
• Experience implementing and configuring software (payment software preferred).
• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and oral.
• Familiarity with using APIs or JavaScript libraries.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through Discovery, Portal configuration, Integration, Testing and Go live stages for Flywire products.
• Consult on how to implement Flywire platform products including APIs, Payment Checkouts and Recurring Payments solutions.
• Lead multiple client implementation projects ensuring successful execution.
• Run workshops and client syncs as projects progress through stages.
• Provide post-implementation/hyper-care support.
