Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Director, Technical Account Management in Singapore to lead the APAC Services TAM Practice, reporting to Global Senior Director and VP APAC. You will oversee senior TAM Managers and TAMs across APAC, shaping strategies to drive growth, renewals, and customer value.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Support, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Training; mentoring teams, hiring, and travel to key customers and events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership/management of technology-facing field teams.
• Experience leading large, multi-country, multi-cultural org.
• Track record managing multi-million dollar tech services.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships across diverse teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills (English).
• Experience leading significant change management in a matrixed org.
• Customer-service focus with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Red Hat's portfolio and subscription model.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a regional APAC TAM team.
• Collaborate with APAC leadership for GTM and growth initiatives.
• Align with Global TAM to grow APAC as a complementary services line.
• Maintain a proactive TAM practice and delivery capability.
• Advocate TAM value with senior sales and drive renewals.
• Guide TAM in line with Global policies and standards.
• Engage with strategic customers to ensure renewals and growth.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Support, Eng, PM, Sales and Training.
• Mentor managers and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Support hiring processes and staffing in the TAM organization.
• Travel as necessary to visit customers and events.
