Job summary

Red Hat Asia-Pacific PTE LTD seeks a Director, Technical Account Management (TAM) in Singapore to lead the APAC TAM Practice. You will oversee senior TAM Managers and TAMs across APAC, translating Global goals to APAC strategies and guiding resource allocation to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role reports to the Global Senior Director, TAM and VP APAC Services, and emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Training teams to drive renewals and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership or management experience leading a high performance customer-facing field organization in a technology-oriented environment (e.g. TAM, Professional Services).
• Demonstrated leadership of a complex large multi-country / region, multi-cultural organization.
• Experience leading transformational change within a large, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated track record of managing a significant multi-million dollar technology services business.
• Proven ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams of diverse styles, skill sets, and experience levels to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills (English).
• Strong financial and operational understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of TAM Managers across APAC, collaborating with regional leadership.
• Align APAC TAM strategy with Global goals and GTM initiatives.
• Drive growth, renewals and expansions through customer-centric delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor and evaluate team members; oversee hiring and performance management.
• Engage with strategic customers to deliver high value, resolve escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
