Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic products and projects in the APAC region. You will drive new product launches, refine portfolio positioning, and coordinate with country teams to deliver results that align with commercial goals.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in medical devices or ophthalmology, with PCIOLs or related equipment experience. English fluency and MBA desirable, Singapore-based or regional flexibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA desirable.
• 10+ years of marketing or strategic commercial leadership in medical devices or ophthalmology.
• Experience with PCIOLs and/or Cataract/Vitroretinal equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic projects annually in collaboration with country teams.
• Oversee new product launches and drive regional market expansion in APAC.
• Drive portfolio positioning and rationalization with country teams and regional partners.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners (supply chain, pricing, regional HCP engagement) to execute plans.
• Monitor progress, ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
