Qualifications

• 10+ years in medical devices or ophthalmology.
• Experience with PCIOLs and/or Cataract equipment.
• Proven track record in marketing leadership or business development.
• Experience across multiple APAC geographies; travel required.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategic commercial projects across APAC with country and regional teams.
• Drive planning and execution of new product launches, aligning marketing, supply chain, pricing and stakeholders.
• Optimize portfolio positioning and product strategies to accelerate market adoption and growth.
• Collaborate with country marketing teams and global stakeholders for regional initiatives.
• Monitor project performance, manage stakeholder alignment, and deliver against objectives.
