Job summary

Alcon seeks a Regional Director of Commercial Operations Vision Care (VC), APAC, to drive commercial excellence across APAC by shaping go-to-market strategy, strengthening sales and Key Account capabilities, and aligning education priorities to boost business performance.

The role leads regional pricing, Education priorities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while guiding country franchises and regional leadership to optimize sales execution across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Proven track-record of Commercial leadership in Sales and/or Key Account Management.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in Head of Sales or Head of Key Accounts.
• Multi-country or APAC region experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-shape Sales Vision & Strategy & GTM for APAC VC to drive profitable sales growth.
• Oversee regional Inside Sales and support CFHs in setup, tools, KPIs, and training.
• Manage regional key accounts and define strategy to elevate KAMs and regional relationships.
• Build Head of Sales and Head of Key Accounts communities across the region to share best practices.
