Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic products and projects to lead strategic business development initiatives and oversee new product launches in the APAC region. You will coordinate with country teams, regional partners, and the International Marketing Group to ensure timely, compliant execution.

The role requires a proven track record in medical device or ophthalmology leadership, with multi-geography experience and strong analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, strategy or commercial leadership in medical devices/ophthalmology.
• Experience with PCIOLs/Cataract or Vitreoretinal equipment is required.
• Experience across geographies with cultural and business diversity.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects defined annually, focusing on key product areas (e.g., PCIOLs and Unity portfolio).
• Oversee portfolio/segment optimization, channel execution, and country rollout of new launches.
• Serve as regional SPOC for new product launch plans and timelines; align with supply chain, pricing and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with country marketing teams and IMG to ensure cohesive execution and adaptation of global initiatives.
• Drive market positioning, commercial execution, and ensure regulatory and ethical compliance across activities.
