Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management or marketing experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare or a related industry.
• Experience contributing to major launches or critical portfolio initiatives.
• Strong execution discipline, with a proven track record of delivering plans end‑to‑end.
• Solid strategic thinking, with the ability to convert strategy into operational action.
• Strong project management and analytical skills, managing multiple workstreams effectively.
• Clear, confident communication and stakeholder‑management skills within matrix teams.
• High standards of professionalism, ethics and compliance, aligned with ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end launch excellence planning and execution, including launch readiness, cross‑functional orchestration and post‑launch optimisation
• Own development and execution of brand strategy and annual operating plans, with clear priorities, milestones and success metrics
• Translate strategy into practical, executable plans, ensuring strong follow‑through and delivery
• Partner closely with Sales to ensure field readiness, aligned priorities and effective execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional team (CFT) on integrated and compliant execution
• Track performance, identify execution gaps and drive timely issue resolution and course correction
• Uphold high standards of quality, compliance and attention to detail across all activities
• Demonstrate clear ownership for outcomes, proactively managing risks and dependencies
