My client is a leading global medical device company is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager (Products & Projects) to drive strategic business initiatives, lead new product launch excellence, and support portfolio growth across the APAC region.

If you are a strategic commercial leader, with experience in the IOLs and/or ophthalmology surgery device space, who excels at influencing cross-functional teams, driving complex projects, and successfully launching innovative medical technologies in diverse APAC markets. This is a role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategic commercial projects across APAC, partnering with country and regional teams.
• Drive planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, supply chain, pricing, and commercial stakeholders.
• Optimize portfolio positioning and product strategies to accelerate market adoption and growth.
• Collaborate with country marketing teams and global stakeholders to ensure effective execution of regional initiatives.
• Monitor project performance, manage stakeholder alignment, and ensure delivery against business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience within medical devices, medical technology, or ophthalmology.
• Hands-on experience with PCIOLs and/or Cataract/Vitreoretinal equipment.
• Proven track record in marketing leadership, strategic commercial leadership, or business development roles.
• Experience working across multiple countries/geographies, preferably within APAC. Overseas travel will be required as part of the role.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
