Job summary

HKDAG (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks an accomplished senior leader to architect and drive the partnership roadmap, accelerating institutional adoption and liquidity across Singapore and global markets.

You will originate and negotiate multi-party alliances with Tier-1 financial institutions, asset managers, and digital asset providers, bridging TradFi with web3 ecosystems and establishing robust distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience in institutional banking, asset management, capital markets, top-tier fintech, or digital asset leadership roles.
• Demonstrated senior executive or board-level advisory experience within the Asia-Pacific financial services landscape.
• Established and influential network across C-suite executives, institutional asset allocators, family offices, liquidity providers and brokerages across Singapore, APAC, and global financial hubs.
• Sophisticated understanding of digital asset market mechanics, fund management frameworks, tokenomics, institutional custody, and digital asset regulatory regimes (e.g., MAS, SFC, global standards).
• Exceptional public speaking, keynote presentation, and negotiation capabilities with proven experience as an executive media spokesperson or industry panelist.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the overarching partnership roadmap to accelerate institutional adoption, liquidity expansion, and market penetration across Singapore and global markets.
• Originate, structure, and negotiate high-impact, multi-party strategic alliances with tier-1 financial institutions, digital asset infrastructure providers, prime brokers, asset managers, and sovereign/institutional investors.
• Bridge the gap between Traditional Finance (TradFi) and web 3 ecosystems, enhance understanding of web 3 trading/ asset management/ tokenization products with strategic partners, and establishing distribution channels that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Spearhead executive-level community engagement, mobilizing institutional investors, family office principals, fintech pioneers, and policy advisors into strategic networks.
• Provide strategic advisory to C-suite on market shifts, liquidity flows, digital asset fund structuring, market infrastructure developments, and competitive positioning.
• Anticipate and mitigate strategic, reputational, and market communication risks in complex multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Ensure all business development, external communication, and partnership activities operate with rigorous institutional standards and strict compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS guidelines).
