Job summary

Emerson in Singapore seeks a Strategic HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR partnership to the Test & Measurement business group, supporting the Global Sales & Marketing organization.

You will partner with APAC Sales leadership to translate priorities into people strategies across effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and engagement, connecting regional perspectives with global priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partner experience supporting business leaders in complex organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders at Director, Senior Director, or VP level.
• Experience across Asia-Pacific in multiple countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement people strategies that support business goals and growth.
• Advise on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and leadership development.
• Lead organizational change, transformation, and business integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR to align APAC needs with broader programs.
• Coach leaders on performance, team effectiveness, and people-related decisions.
• Strengthen talent pipelines and organizational capabilities for future priorities.
