LogicMonitor is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support employees, managers, and regional leaders across APJ from Singapore. You will drive employee lifecycle programs, handle complex relations, and ensure compliant, local HR practices in a multinational environment.

You will partner with US-based HRBPs to implement global talent strategies while tailoring initiatives to regional needs, culture, and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in multinational environments.
• Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, performance, lifecycle, and engagement.
• Strong understanding of regional employment practices and local cultures.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the APJ primary HR partner for employees, managers, and regional/site leaders across the lifecycle.
• Advise and influence senior regional leaders and coach people managers.
• Navigate complex employee relations matters with integrity and legal awareness.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, and workplace experience improvements.
• Partner with global HRBPs to align regional priorities with global programs.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and statutory requirements.
