Job summary

EDR Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sponsorship Coordinator to support planning, coordination and delivery of Asia Pacific sponsorship initiatives. You will manage tracking, documentation, meetings and contracts while coordinating asset management and approvals.

You will conduct research to support sponsorship commercialization and plan activations, develop client materials, and assist with events logistics, including on-site execution where required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in agency/brand/sponsorship/events environment preferred.
• Very organised with attention to detail for operational/admin tasks.
• Proactive and resourceful with stakeholder engagement.
• Strong research to create clear outputs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative yet able to work independently.
• Genuine interest in sports/entertainment sponsorships.
• Willing to travel for client events, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of Asia Pacific sponsorship initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day account and operational support, trackers, docs, meetings and contracts.
• Support asset management, rights trackers and approvals.
• Conduct research to support sponsorship commercialization and planning.
• Develop and maintain client and sponsorship materials (presentations, sell-in materials, toolkits, reports).
• Coordinate events, activations and talent engagements, including on-site work.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to align requirements and deliverables.
• Stay informed on sports/entertainment sponsorship trends and opportunities.
• Liaise with client teams, rights holders, agencies and vendors to gather information.
• Assist internal financial administration with budgets, POs and invoices.
