Job summary

Mastercard in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Solutions Growth & Enablement to accelerate Consumer Acquisition & Engagement in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, you will bridge Product, Sales, Marketing Services and market teams to turn capabilities into compelling client solutions and measurable business outcomes.

You will drive go-to-market strategies, develop value propositions, and equip regional teams with the tools and plays needed to win new business and expand existing relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in commercialization, business development, marketing, consulting, or sales enablement across multiple markets.
• Ability to translate capabilities into compelling client opportunities and growth strategies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams.
• Analytical, proactive and results-driven with a track record of accelerating growth in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercialization and growth initiatives for CAE solutions across Asia Pacific.
• Develop value propositions and sales plays that position Mastercard's capabilities in a differentiated and commercially compelling manner.
• Partner with product and market teams to bring new capabilities to market and accelerate client adoption.
• Enable regional sales teams with tools, content, training, and support to win new business and expand relationships.
