Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant to drive Services Business Development in Acquiring & Processing across Asia Pacific. You will work with clients, account teams, and product specialists to shape solutions and grow Mastercard Services capabilities.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex challenges into tangible business value for banks, processors, and merchants.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in acquiring, payment processing, merchant payments, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of merchant acquiring, processing, acceptance ecosystems, and payment infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in acquiring, payment acceptance, processing, merchant acquiring, and payment infrastructure trends.
• Identify, qualify, and advance acquiring & processing opportunities with Services teams.
• Develop client growth strategies, business cases, and solution recommendations.
• Engage with clients to understand challenges and articulate Mastercard capabilities.
• Contribute to proposals, commercial discussions, and client presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across banks, processors, merchants.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Product, and regional market teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in payments.
