Job summary

OneInbox seeks a Technical co-pilot for the APAC sales team to scope, prototype, and demo voice AI deployments in customer environments. You will partner with regional AEs on active enterprise deals, build demos for regulated APAC industries, and run discovery and technical scoping for multiple accounts.

In the first 90 days you will own end-to-end technical wins for 3+ accounts, document repeatable architectures, and help recruit the next SE.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years as a Solutions/Sales Engineer in a B2B SaaS or API-first company.
• Ability to demo live, read code, and write configuration without seniority requirements.
• Capable of conducting security reviews with a buyer's CISO.
• Strong written English; Japanese/Mandarin/Bahasa is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional AEs on every active enterprise deal.
• Build the demo environment for regulated APAC industries.
• Run discovery and technical scoping for multiple accounts.
• Own end-to-end technical wins for 3+ accounts.
• Document repeatable architectures for faster ramping.
• Collaborate with product on gaps from customer evaluations.
• Lead first APAC logo as technical lead within 90 days.
• Stand up an SE playbook covering demo flows and security questionnaires.
