Job summary

AudioCodes is seeking an experienced APAC Sales Engineer to join our Voice AI team in Singapore. This customer-facing role blends consultative selling, solution design, and pre-sales expertise to help enterprise customers adopt AudioCodes’ Voice AI and CCaaS solutions.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Services to design tailored demonstrations, run PoCs, and drive successful outcomes across APAC.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Pre‑Sales, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing role.
Proven experience partnering with Sales teams to win enterprise opportunities.
Experience leading customer workshops, solution discovery sessions, and Proof of Concepts.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to develop winning account strategies and drive customer engagements throughout the sales cycle.
Build trusted relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and desired outcomes.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value.
Design and execute customer PoCs and pilot projects.
Translate customer requirements into tailored solution recommendations.
Support commercial opportunities by contributing to proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and presentations.
Develop business value, ROI, and TCO cases to help customers decide.
Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Deliver technical enablement and solution workshops for partners across APAC.
